Description: Mounted photograph taken December 14, 1904 showing a group of 21 students and two (presumed) teachers who are standing in front of school house. One of the boys is holding a small chalkboard with "Washtucna / Wash. / P.S. '.08." written on it.
The backside is written " March 10, 1908 / Intermediate Room / Nellie Booth". There are two individuals named Nellie G. Booth in the 1910 census at Washtucna, a mother and daughter, ages 41 (with no occupation listed) and 12.
The photographs has a major crack to its upper right corner. The image has some damage over the teacher's face (top row, center) and a vertical scratch to the right of that. The photograph is 7.6 x 9.75 inches (mounting board is 11 x 14 inches).
Washtucna is about 50 miles due north of Walla Walla.
