Albert Weldon Morgan (1868-1964) was a Northwest timberman. Although he had worked in Oregon logging camps in the 1890's, this account begins in 1904 and records his experiences as a logger-homesteader in Lincoln County through the early 1900s. He moved from Toledo/Siletz to Portland in 1914, but remained active in the timber industry for many years.
