Jane Yolen, a prolific and award-winning author, is notably the daughter of the famous kite-flying enthusiast and champion Will Yolen, recognized for his kite flying accomplishments in both the Guinness Book of World Records and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Her father was also the author of two books on kite flying.
