This China Post stamp collection features 87 individual stamps (including a few sheets), issued between 1980 and 2009. The famous paintings, both ancient and modern, depicted on these stamps include ''Along the River during the Qingming Festival,'' ''Goddess Luo Rhapsody map,'' ''Han Hee--containing Evening Banquet, and ''Step emperor's carriage map,'' as well as famous works by Zheng Banqiao, Fu Baoshi, Li Keran and He Xiangning. Each set of stamps is accompanied by a description of the painting's subject and the artist, stamp name, issue date, number of stamps in the set, and stamp dimensions. Text in both English and Chinese.
