The autobiographical memoir and family history of California native and Phoenix-based businessman and entrepreneur, Robert Milton ''Bob'' Greening (1921-2010), son of the Chino Hills rancher and developer, Paul Willard Greening. Bob Greening was a graduate of Whittier High School and Stanford ('42), a Navy midshipman during the War, and his postwar business pursuits included, among others, running the Arizona Ammonia Company and founding the Mexican fertilizer business Semillas Nacionales and Nitragin. This volume includes 25 pages of family photographs and concludes with a 25-page section: ''The Genealogical Roots of the Greening Family in America'' by Tori Greening. The genealogy, though not professional, is both astute and discriminating and traces the family back to its colonial roots in South Carolina.
