Publisher's dark blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Cloth shows some mottling along edges. With the exception of the footnotes being crossed out in one short section in Vol II, the interiors are clean and unmarked. Each volume includes its own index. 8vo. pp. [xviii], 475 + [xiv], 503.
