A compilation of some of the authors discourses delivered in 1958 during his visit to America, upon the invitation of the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), to help spread the message of Vedanta. The author was the pontifical head of the Govardhana Pitha Puri, one of the four monasteries founded by the great Sankara. He was an authority on Hindu scriptures and was known for his orations and religious preaching as a philosopher-yogi and saint. He attained Mahasamadhi in 1960. Introduction by Shri Daya Mata, president of the SRF.
