Hensleigh Wedgwood (1908-1991) is the fifth generation since Josiah Wedgwood the first. He came to the United States in 1931 and in 1947 succeeded his uncle as president of Josiah Wedgwood & Sons of America. In 1958 he married Barbara Boyd (1929-2015), the china buyer for Neiman-Marcus of Dallas, Texas. Together they wrote a Wedgwood family history titled The Wedgwood Circle: 1795-1901. The greater part of their collection has been donated to the Dallas Museum of Art.
