Scenes of flood destruction, including ruined homes and businesses, a railroad yard, relief efforts, the removal of a victim, stranded automobiles, etc. Most of the images appear to be in the Franklinton neighborhood, with views at Sandusky St., Broad St., Rogers Ave., Dakota Ave., Center Ave. Glenwood Ave., Cypress Ave., Chicago Ave., and Mt. Vernon Ave. Photographs appear to have all been produce by the Baker Art Gallery.
